Ljiljana Trajkovic received the Dipl. Ing. degree from University of Pristina, Yugoslavia, the M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. She is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Science, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. Her research interests include communication networks and dynamical systems. She served as IEEE Division X Delegate/Director and President of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society and the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Dr. Trajkovic serves as Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems and Associate Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Open Journal of Systems Engineering. She is a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Circuits and System Society and the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. Dr. Trajkovic is a Professional Member of IEEE-HKN and a Life Fellow of the IEEE.

Zhang Shiling, senior engineer, doctor of engineering. He has been engaged in scientific research and production of high voltage and insulation technology and physical and chemical detection technology for a long time. The development of UHV dry-type converter transformer bushing and SF6 gas insulated through wall bushing has been applied to the construction of UHV AC and DC projects in China. Presided over and completed the GIS fault detection sensing technology and system, won the excellent innovation achievement award of the international innovation and entrepreneurship Expo, and was awarded the title of excellent scientific and technological worker by Chongqing Institute of electrical engineering.

Chen Lei, Ph.D./Postdoctoral Fellow, Associate Professor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, and Master's Supervisor. Earned a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and completed undergraduate and master's studies at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University. Member of the Shandong University Young Scholars Future Program and the Chinese Association of Automation. The main research directions include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and image enhancement, abnormal behavior analysis, digital watermarking, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Currently, the researcher is leading multiple national and provincial-level scientific research projects, such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, sub-projects under the National Key R&D Program, the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, among others. They have also participated in projects like the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada. To date, they have published numerous papers in internationally renowned academic journals and conferences, obtained several national invention patents, served as reviewers for prestigious international journals and program chairs for international conferences, and delivered keynote and invited presentations at various international conferences.
